Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining target customers such as universities, hospitals, and research institutes within the region, and promoting the company's products;

2. Understand customers' experimental needs and promote the entry of company products into customers' procurement systems;

3. Collect market and competitor information, and promptly provide feedback to customers;

4. Follow up on sales revenue collection and control payment period risks;

5. Cooperate with the company in carrying out marketing activities;

6. Complete other related work assignments assigned by the department.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in molecular biology, bioengineering, cell biology or related fields;

2. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in molecular biology experiments or sales experience in related industries;

3. Strong communication skills, with excellent ability to communicate with and build relationships with clients;

4. Strong stress resistance, strong sense of purpose, and able to adapt to frequent customer visits.

Other:

1. This position offers flexible working hours, requiring no on-site attendance. The main responsibilities include visiting client companies to conduct market development, maintain customer relationships, and perform sales.

2. Each sales representative is assigned a dedicated technical support engineer to professionally resolve various technical issues before, during, and after sales.
