ZY FectEasy RNA Transfection Reagent uses an optimized cationic liposome formula to achieve efficient delivery of small RNAs.
In common cells such as HeLa, MCF7, and NIH-3T3, low concentrations of siRNA can achieve more than 90% gene silencing efficiency; for difficult-to-transfect suspension cells such as K562 and THP-1, transfection efficiency over 80% can also be observed.
